The building was built in 1873 and contributes a vintage and historic feel to downtown Algonquin.
The hotel has been part of the Algonquin downtown community for over 40 years. In November of 2002, the hotel was brought under new ownership and new management was appointed.
Renovations made during the past few years continue to bring added value to the Algonquin residential and business communities.
